STEPHEN J. FIREOVED focuses his practice on workers’ compensation, labor and employment law, and municipal and zoning law. Mr. Fireoved has extensive experience working with Carriers and self-insured employers. He was a workers’ compensation and human resource manager for a Fortune 500 company, so he is very familiar with all aspects of managing issues with which large self-insured employers are confronted. Mr. Fireoved was also the Director of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, so he is very familiar with the regulatory side of the Commonwealth’s workers’ compensation structure and its WCAIS system. Finally, Mr. Fireoved has litigated thousands of workers’ compensation cases during a career that spans 38 years, so he is very familiar with the mechanics of case handling with special expertise in return to work programs, manufacturing and union environments, Medicare/CMS issues, Protz II issues and appellate practice, having argued numerous times before the Commonwealth Court.

Mr. Fireoved’s approach to efficiently helping his clients is “hands-on” and proactive for all clients, in order to ensure they are provided the very finest legal services. Clients are the recipients of relentless and zealous advocacy, yet with an eye for efficiency, cost-savings, extraordinary communication and the focus upon a favorable result on every assignment.
